Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just emailing customers a PDF to fill out?

A PDF won't resize on a phone, won't accept photo uploads from a camera roll, and won't flag the emergency calls for you. This form does all three, and the answers land somewhere searchable instead of in an inbox.

Can I collect payment for the diagnostic fee through the form?
