Can nurses submit a timesheet from a hospital-issued device that blocks app installs?

How do we handle charge nurse approval if they're not on the floor when the shift ends?
The charge nurse sign-off checkbox is required by default, but you can edit that in 10 seconds using AI customization — "make charge nurse approval optional" or "send unapproved timesheets to a separate sheet for review." Many units let nurses submit, then have the charge nurse approve a batch the next morning.
Does this work for 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts?
It works for any shift length because you're recording actual clock-in and clock-out times rather than picking a preset. The shift type radio (day/evening/night/weekend) is just for reporting, not for capping hours.
Can we route incident-flagged submissions to a specific person automatically?

What about HIPAA? We can't have patient names in a timesheet.
