Can I add my actual list of work centers and machines?

How does this work on the shop floor without good Wi-Fi?

Can we attach drawings and revision documents?

Yes. Each submission is one snapshot, but you can configure the form so each operator logs their own routing step as a separate entry tied to the same work order number. The Google Sheets export then shows the full chain of who did what and when.
What if I want to track scrap reasons, not just counts?
