Do you offer a free trial of Founders?+
Starter is free forever — no credit card required. You can use the AI form builder, publish forms, and collect responses to validate FlexForm before upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
Free plans soft-cap at the published limits. Founders has unlimited submissions per form. If you need higher quotas (storage, AI credits, team members), Enterprise is the right tier.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits, students, or annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing saves ~17% over monthly. We also offer custom discounts for non-profits and educational institutions — contact sales below.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice / ACH on annual contracts.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fees on any plan. Enterprise onboarding (data migration, custom SSO) is included with annual contracts.
