Create a Zapier Zap
In Zapier, create a new Zap. Choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger, then "Catch Hook".

Copy the webhook URL
Zapier gives you a unique webhook URL. Copy it.

Add Webhook to FlexForm
In FlexForm's workflow settings, add a Webhook action and paste the Zapier webhook URL.

Test and build the Zap
Submit a test from FlexForm, use it to configure your Zapier action steps, and turn the Zap on.

FlexForm connects to Zapier via webhooks. A native FlexForm Zapier app is on the roadmap — the webhook connection works today with any Catch Hook trigger.

Should I use Zapier with FlexForm or the native integrations?

For HubSpot, Slack, and Google Sheets — use FlexForm's native integrations. They're faster (1–2s vs. Zapier's polling delay), cheaper (no Zapier subscription needed for these), and more reliable. Use Zapier for apps not yet natively supported by FlexForm.

Is there a latency difference between Zapier and native integrations?

Yes. FlexForm's native integrations fire within 1–2 seconds via direct API calls. Zapier's free plan polls webhooks every 15 minutes. Zapier's paid plans can trigger in near-real-time for webhook-triggered Zaps.
