Connect via OAuth

Once enabled, connect by authorizing FlexForm to access your Salesforce org via OAuth 2.0. No API key or connected app setup needed.

Choose the object

Select Lead, Contact, or Case. FlexForm loads your org's field schema including custom fields.

Map fields and publish

Map form fields to Salesforce fields. FlexForm handles Lead Source, record owner assignment, and duplicate check via your org's rules.

Is the FlexForm Salesforce integration available now?

It is in active development. HubSpot, Slack, and Google Sheets integrations are fully live. Salesforce is on early access — join the waitlist at flexform.ai/integrations/salesforce.

Will it replace Salesforce Web-to-Lead forms?

Yes. FlexForm's forms are fully brandable and support conditional logic that Salesforce Web-to-Lead doesn't. They will create Leads via the Salesforce REST API, not the Web-to-Lead endpoint.

Will it support custom Salesforce objects?

Yes, custom objects are on the roadmap. The initial release will support Lead, Contact, Account, Case, and Opportunity.
