Does FlexForm need Zapier to connect to Airtable?

No. FlexForm uses the Airtable REST API directly via OAuth. Submissions appear in Airtable within 1–2 seconds — no middleware.

Can FlexForm write file uploads to an Airtable attachment field?

Yes. When a form has a file upload field, FlexForm maps the uploaded file to an Airtable Attachment column, making it downloadable directly from the Airtable record.

Can I link records to another Airtable table?

Linked Record fields are on the roadmap. Currently FlexForm writes to Text, Number, Date, Single/Multi-Select, Checkbox, Email, Phone, URL, and Attachment columns.
